Loacker Dark Chocolate & Hazelnut Tortina

My favorite packaged cookie, hands down. Well, is it technically a cookie? You tell me. It's a cookie shape. And inside the dark chocolate shell, there are two slips of wafer that sandwich a layer of chocolate cream. Maybe it's a super-sized filled chocolate. Maybe it secretly wishes to be a stroopwafel. Maybe it's a misfit cookie. I just don't know.
