Williams Sonoma Goldtouch® Pro Silicone Pastry Brush

This brush has a dense cluster of silicone strands, which help spread whatever your brushing. It does a good job on dry surfaces, too, like when you're dusting flour off of a dough. Some purists still love their traditional bristle brushes but I like that silicone can go in the dishwasher.
