Material Trio of Knives

Material Kitchen knives are well-priced, great quality, and stylish without losing their focus on functionality. I have the set of three with green handles in Ojai. The one with the serrated handle doubles as a bread knife and a tomato knife. I also use it to cut peel from citrus, to slice eggplant, and to cube bread. The chefs knife may not be your fanciest knife but it will be the one you reach for daily.
