Galvanized Steel 6-Gallon Trash Can with Locking Lid

I had no idea how important this item would be when making pizza. If you've got a wood-fired oven, you're going to generate a lot of charcoal and ash that needs to be cleaned out of the oven from time to time. There are fancier versions of an ash bucket, obviously, but I like this one that I picked up at an Ace Hardware store near Ojai. It's sturdy and the lid gets secured by pulling up the handle.
