Ashmore Collection Pizza Peel (Block and Bowl)

I use this handcrafted peel to launch pizzas into the oven and later for serving (I use metal peels once the pizza is in the oven). Block and Bowl offers the peels in alter, white oak, and walnut. If you like a light peel, this isn't the one for you. It's on the thick side, which means it won't warp, and it's large so it easily holds a 12-inch pizza.
